Responsibilities
15+ years of experience in graphic and web design, brand and business development. Manage a team of 5+ including artists, designers, copywriters and marketers, to develop creative and effective advertising concepts, from ideation through final projects. Create project budgets and timelines to keep on schedule. Study design briefs and determine requirements, develop illustra- tions, logos and other. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas. Develop and maintain positive client and co-worker relationships.

Completed more than 300 projects in various industries and fields. Successful and long-term cooperation with several leading market- ing agencies from Eastern Europe.

We’re an international creative studio.
We’re Despot Design, a small, but well-formed interactive design studio, founded in 2008 by David Despotoski, an experienced web and graphic designer. We’re based in Australia and work from our offices in Sydney and Skopje, North Macedonia.
We always strive to innovate and user experience is at the core of our business, factoring into every aspect of what we do.
We offer a full host of interactive design services and have a smooth, transparent, and well-managed process that our clients love. We don’t just work with enterprise-level businesses either, in fact, we love working with startups and small, home-grown outfits as well. We appreciate that every business has different challenges and our experience allows for the right approach at every level.
